Hey, I'm Joe Arcangeletti!
A mechanical engineer by trade and a people person by nature — I built Windy Shore Home Services because I saw a better way to serve North Shore homeowners.
After an unexpected layoff showed me how fragile the corporate ladder really is, I decided to build something of my own. Growing up around my father's firehouse, I watched skilled tradespeople — plumbers, electricians, handymen — transform homes with pride and precision. That stuck with me.
